If you are a new doctor, they help you to get into your building with all the answers to leasing, rent, and so forth. After being with them for about a year, you pretty much learn everything they have to offer, they still have some old ideas about marketing, I would not recommend signing up with them for four years. They have some good ideas that are shared pretty much by all of the management groups.
