Manufacturer's Description:
"The latest version of the PulStar system includes many enhancements and changes. One of the most requested changes is a
setting for the default force level for each spinal area. The doctor can now set a preferred force level for each segment of the
spine. Ever been adjusting a lumbar vertebrae at 20 pounds and then jump to the cervical just to have to change to 10 pounds?
Now the default of 10 pounds for the cervical area will immediately switch as soon as the cervical vertebra is picked! No more
waiting for the button to change the force from vertebrae to vertebrae.
DocPlusTM Integration!** Now your soap notes and reports can be integrated with the PulStar automatically. Simply map a drive
to your DocPlusTM computer and patient information moves seamlessly between the programs.
The doctor can also limit the number of vertebrae automatically selected by the PulStar. Some doctors only want to consider the
top 2 or 3 vertebrae. Now they can set the preferences to only select 3 vertebrae.
The program also presents the doctor with the last PRE analysis as soon as the patient is selected. This way, the doctor can
immediately compare this visit to the last.
The expected values display can now be represented as a line so that it is easier for the patient to understand and follow. This
becomes an instant patient education tool.
The printout can now be customized. Ever want to change the description of the PRE and POST graphs? Simply open the
printing preferences and type in the altered description.
The program also shows how much pre-load force you are using during the adjustment. This way, you can keep the force
constant and get a more consistent adjustment each time.*
There is now a 5 pound force setting for both analysis and adjust modes.* Great for pediatric and sensative patients!
* = Firmware upgrade may be required. ** = DocPlus must be purchased separately."
